Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping to anywhere in Canada on orders over $100.
All orders under $100 are subject to a $10 flat fee when shipped anywhere in North America.
Shipping outside North America is subject to a $40 flat fee.
Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipping.

We ship all of our orders via Chitchat and Canada Post Expedite delivery. For orders inside Canada, please allow 3 to 15 business days for delivery.

Return Policy Returns:
We will happily accept returns on unworn merchandise in perfect condition, shipped within 10 days of Canada Post delivering your purchase. We do not accept returns on sale items. All sale items are final sale. The product must be in perfect condition with labels still intact. Must have original receipt of purchase included. The item you are wanting to return must be wrapped and the return number written on the outside of your package. The return number will be the same number as your order number. Please note, all returns must be sent back to us within the 10 days of your receiving the items to be eligible for a full refund. We will not issue refunds for items sent to us outside of our return guidelines listed here. Shipping on all returns are at the customer’s expense. Please do not send item C.O.D. or we will deduct that amount from your refund. Return to Sender shipping fees will also be deducted from any refunds.
Exchanges If you would like another size or colour, please return the original item as described under the returns section above and simply place a new order for the item you want. We will issue a refund once we receive your returned item.
If there is a manufacturer defect and its within 3 months from original date of purchase, please email us at [email protected] and we will assess the defect and if it is authorized, we will then issue a return number. We won’t accept anything back without the original sales receipt or return number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Sale items Any sale items are a Final Sale and are non-refundable and non-returnable.
